- Please note the following reception opening hours: From Monday to Friday the reception is open from 6:00 until 0:30<br>Saturday and Sunday, the reception is open from 8:00 until 16:00<br><br>If you arrive later, you can check in at the check-in machine by typing in your last name and following the instructions. You can then pay by a bank card that works with a pin code (either debit or credit card).<br><br>Please note that the rooms are serviced every 3 days. Guests can request fresh towels every day from the welcome desk.

“The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Altstetten train station and also to the concert venue Komplex 457, so it was perfect for an overnight stay after a concert. The hotel was fresh, modern, very clean and airy. There was a nice personal touch with a set of books and a coffee machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules.”

“Very spacious and comfortable room with a small balcony - mainly useful if you smoke. Not centered but the location can be good depending on where you want to hang around in Zurich. And it's very well connected. 15 minutes by tram to the Reithalle for example.”
