“5 minutes from Gretna Outlet, and a short journey into Carlisle. Plenty car parking at hotel. Facilities good. 2 chairs in a room for 2 people! Brilliant, as most only have 1 chair & the other person has to sit on the bed. TV with subtitle facility-my wife has some hearing loss and this means she can hear the TV without it being too loud.”

I loved the bath! the staff at check in and in the restaurant were lovely! the young boy who came to try help us as we didn't like the menu (I didn't get his name) was so sweet! don't take any offence, I'm pregnant and actually hate all foods! we will definitely be back because even for all the flaws; I haven't had a decent nights sleep since before Christmas!”
