“Galaxie looks really nice as you enter, and the reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is very attractive and the range of food is excellent. There is a small seating area as well. My room was very comfortable. It was so handy having buses into town from right outside and the Summertown shops a few minutes walk. As a single visitor I felt very welcome.”

“Arriving at Reception we were greeted by one of the most animated Receptionists I'd ever seen; she was very friendly and clearly an asset to the hotel. Sadly, I don't know her name but this member of staff made us feel very welcome and quickly told us the easiest way to get into town and the best place to eat nearby. Well done! We thought you were great! Also the breakfast staff - we thought they worked really hard and were just perfect too! These were people who clearly loved their jobs and went the extra mile to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Big smiley face to them all. Excellent customer service :)”
