“Small room but comfortable - the room was clean apart from top of the wardrobe (very dusty) - being tall it was the first thing I saw. Only met two staff - one girl on reception when checking in and one lady at breakfast, both helpful and pleasant. I received a phone call whilst driving to the hotel on day one to confirm room arrangements. I had booked for two people, 1 adult and 1 child, so I assumed it would be a twin room. The man on the phone informed there were no twin rooms available so we had to share a double. This was an hour or so before check in - thought I would receive a little more notice considering I booked 4-6 weeks in advance.”
