“The room was large, airy and clean. The bed was OK. The bathroom looked to be new with a new electric shower. Our deluxe double room was at the back of the hotel and quiet. The location was good. You can walk into the main shopping area ~ 10 minutes or down hope street to the concert hall , restaurants in 5 - 10 mins.”

“the bedroom was booked for my daughter (family room) and she loved it - not only that but the staff were amazing in resolving the payment issue from me booking with my card and after a chat they looked out for my daughter and were so lovely to them all - she said it was amazing value and my little grandson (aged 3) loved his 'new room' - overall a lovely hotel that I will use in the future given her experience and the wonderful staff - thank you especially to the receptionist who looked after my family so well at a difficult time, bless you”
