“The Golden Lion was in a super location in the centre of Saint Ives near lots of pubs and restaurants. Even though there wasn't parking there were spaces right across from the hotel that were reasonably priced. I loved that there was a private entrance for guests to go directly to their rooms instead of going through the bar. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The best part was breakfast- it was delicious!! And even better was the great classic music they played during breakfast. Overall I was very happy with my stay.”

“Really lovely staff and a nice breakfast. They even split a breakfast for our children. Bunk beds were also a hit with the kids! Plenty of space in the room. Everything was clean and shower was pretty decent. No big issues and overall a nice stay once I got to sleep.”
