“The general atmosphere location, comfort of the bed and the staff also live music on the night we were there although it had been busier earlier it was a very friendly atmosphere and made to feel welcome”

“Some rooms are smaller than others, but we were moved to a much larger room with a river view after our first night at the owner's suggestion. Much appreciated. Nice breakfast. Good location. Parking right outside the front door of the hotel in a private yard. The village, the railway station, the canal and the plas newwydd house of the ladies of llangollen are all within walkable distance of the hotel, athough driving up the hill and parking at plas newydd is the best option.”
“It is a beautiful old hotel right by the river with a great breakfast, a nice bar area, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The showers are hot, the tea is on hand and it is really close to the center of town.”
