“I loved the bed. The mattress is very soft and comfy. Made me sleep like a baby. The rooms are pretty small, I would guess roundabout 15sqm, so not really a lot of playground. But the furniture is nice, with plenty of amenities that you would not expect in a budget room: Safety box, Audio System, fridge fully stocked with plenty of drinks (water is free), small but nice balcony with some seating if you like to watch things on lively Soi Lengkee. Talking about lively Soi Lengkee: there is always something going on on this street, but the windows have a good noise isolation. I kept them shut and the room was quiet. Pricewise it is same like the level of the guesthouses around (many!). So it's a fair deal. The restaurant is fairly priced too and gives a nice choice of Thai and western dishes.”
“Great location, great restaurant. A huge cooked breakfast with all the trimmings for 100 baht! With real bacon and sausages. Must be best value breakfast in Pattaya. Very good sized room and bathroom. Very nice staff and owner. Surprisingly quiet given Soi Leng Kee has many bars and night life. Can't wait to go back and will definitely be staying here again. The location is perfect. Instant access to great restaurants and cafes and night life and also many laundry options just outside for 60 baht a kilo.”
