- The property is currently going through construction works for their new outdoor Aqua Centre, due to open in Spring 2019. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some the tennis court, will not be available.<br><br>Group bookings and stag/hen parties are not accepted at the hotel. Any such bookings will be cancelled.<br><br>Please note, the property can accommodate extra beds and cots. Extra costs apply (see Hotel Policies).<br><br>Please inform the property in advance using the Special Requests section.<br><br>A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
