“The parking is very easy in front of the hotel. The room was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The TV was a flat screen excellent size. The lounge area is very comfortable. The access is by code - which is very easy - so no check in / out delays. But also on the less positive side it takes away the human interface.”

“Overall thought thought the room was pricey for what it was ,room 3 not that luxurious. Took ages for the bath to fill by then water was luke warm , seal around shower screen was dirty cleaned it ourselves with a cotton wool ball. Had undercooked chicken in the gastropub next door although they didn't charge for it but did try to charge for the complimentary drinks. Poached eggs at breakfast were cold but took ages to come so didn't have them replaced. This was supposed to be a little break away for a birthday but was disappointing wouldn't stay here again or recommend”
“Excellent location. Parking was easy. The receptionist was so helpful and was able to let us in the room earlier . Excellent decor in the room and absolutely spotless. Great food next door too.”

“We have stayed at this hotel before and like the location and the fixtures and fittings in the rooms are of a good quality. Also, the staff at the gastropub next to the townhouse are friendly and the food is good. We enjoyed having drinks in the living room at the townhouse and breakfast in the morning.”
