“The location cant be beat. Walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, and midtown attractions. For the most part staff is super friendly and accommodating. I needed to heat up food for my baby, and I was allowed to use a microwave in the staff break room. Super nice. Also, unlike a lot of people here in NYC, no one reminded me 30 times to tip them. Which made me want tip them more. Breakfast is decent, especially for free! Even though I didn't have a chance to take advantage of it, there is a rooftop bar that is open in the cold weather also. Parking is available at a lot close by for a discounted rate. (26 per night) which is unbeatable in the area.”
