“The room was clean, very large and comfortable. Jeju was hit by a typhoon during our stay and we did not feel in danger in the hotel. When the air conditioning in the room stopped due to the storm, the staff fixed the issue and restarted the system in a timely and efficient way. The convenience store downstairs it's also a great resource.”
