From pulling up to the luxury style aesthetically beautiful hotel front, to marveling at the unique local artwork in the lobby and throughout the hotel, to the valet parking, luxurious appointed double queen suite, we are a family of five and had room to spare. Staff were very accomodating, Raven and Wayne treated us like VIP's, no joke, you won't be disappointed. Located in the center of everything, nitelife, bars, restaurants, parks, seemingly safe surroundings for a downtown area. Very impressive, hated to leave but we'll definitely return.”

We grew up in Charlotte and shopped at Ivey's when it was a department store so this was nostalgic and an excellent experience.”
