“The room was very dated and in need of modernisation. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was very poor and the shower cubicle needed attention. Unfortunately we did not find this room value for money. When checking out there was no-one at reception and no way of getting the attention of the staff, consequently I had to wait for about 10 minutes before anyone appeared in the reception area.”
