- All rooms are on either first or second floor, and there is no lift. The hotel is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.<br><br>Reservations for the restaurant are necessary. To guarantee a reservation at the restaurant please contact the hotel in advance to reserve a table, once you have booked your room. Bar meals are not served on Friday and Saturday nights or when the restaurant is very busy.

“Characterful, period property, offering welcoming accomodation. Large quirky bedrooms, with qualiy bed linen, and drinking water from the hotels own well. Great food, lovely main restaurant, with a choice of rooms to dine in if you want to eat with your pet pooch. Some might struggle with the narrow winding staircase and sloping floors , but this is all part of the character of this fabulous property and the staff trip over themselves to assist you. My second stay here, and it won't be the last. Ross is a great little town to explore around, lots of restaurants, cafes, antique shops and local walks. On site town centre parking included with the stay.”
