“Easy to park & we were allowed to leave our car after check out while we went in to London for lunch. Staff are always pleasant & polite, rooms are not large but they are comfortable.”

“The receptionists were really friendly and helpful. The bar staff were fab. Nothing was too much trouble. The ambience of the public areas in the hotel are to be commended. We went ther for the final part of my partners birthday celebrations . We were joined by her "sister" (auntie really but only 2 years between them) and her husband. It was their first stay there and they loved it. This place has to be my all time favourite. I can't recommend it highly enough.”

“Everything was very good - we had a new room on this occasion in the new wing of the hotel - lovely shower in the bathroom. Coffee machine and a kettle. The breakfast was very good and the staff met individual requests (ie for crispy bacon!) with a smile and delivered as requested. Free parking is a bonus if arriving by car and East Putney tube is 5 mins walk away We have stayed here in the past and would certainly stay again.”
