“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, resolved problems very quickly, and made us feel at home. There were fresh flowers in the lobby, and cookies every day at 5pm. The hotel was quiet, and I rarely noticed a sound outside of our room. The beds were comfortable, the water temperature was reliable, and there was fresh drinking water in our room every day. I really enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in the room, as well as two nice restaurants within walking distance. The lovely sunsets on the bay were an added plus. Who would think there would be such a great place, reasonably priced, so close to the Oakland airport?”

“We did have a bathroom situation (maybe because bathroom is a bit out dated), but they handled it quickly and it wasn't a problem after. Over all place is great and I'd stay again & recommend. Only note its about a 20min drive into San Fransico. FYI they have cookies at front desk late afternoons, they where yummy!”
