“Great value for money. Hotel went out of their way to help us. We had to cancel some rooms due to a bereavement in the family and the hotel didn't charge us a cancellation fee. Very understanding hotel. Lovely staff. Will return again. ”

“No kettle/no hair dryer as advertised in information in room. Coffee/tea etc provided but no means of making it. Room rather dusty. Latches on both windows broken. Old fashioned the. V. Up on top of wardrobe had to stand up on chair to switch on as sensor behind ledge on top of wardrobe. No bedside or over bed light. Attached covering torn off corner of table.only net curtain on clear bathroom window. Overall room 103 very shabby indeed.”
