“Location was very good as we travelled by train. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but the receptionist on Monday 7th Dec was excellent. It was raining very heavily and she immediately allocated us another room.”

“I travelled with family, my two sisters for a shopping trip. What stood out with the hotel was the staff. The girl on reception even helped us carry our shopping bags (many) upstairs. Also very friendly and we would definitely stay there again as its so convenient with lovely restaurants nearby.”
