Lovely food in the restaurant and a well stocked bar. Breakfast was very tasty with top quality produce. Fresh milk was provided for the tea/coffee facilities in the room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A most pleasant experience.”

“The bed was comfy. The member of staff who showed us to our room brought with her fresh milk for tea/coffee and some drinking water. There was a cafetiere in the room and "proper" coffee including decaff, which my partner appreciated. The room was nicely decorated and clean, and quiet. It was a good location to access the Lincolnshire coast. B&B is set in nice surroundings.”

The bed was so comfortable and the linen was lush, great shower and complimentary toiletries to use which were divine. The food in the restaurant was hot, plentiful and tasty great value for money, breakfast was also excellent value and was a perfect start to the day! Would definitely recommend to anyone, and we would stay again.”

“The whole place very clean and beautifully decorated. The gardens were delightful. We liked the bedding - in fact we normally buy 800 or 1500 thread count bedding or Irish linen. After trying the bedding out here at The New Inn, we will be buying lower thread count from now on.”
