“Loved the people in spite of the fact that it's a huge hotel. Very attentive and kind. However, Booking dot com wasn't helpful at all in getting my booking mistake fixed. I tried to call their office here in Korea and got a very rude woman named Erica Jeong who basically patronized me until I gave up on the fix. But I fixed the problem when I arrived by simply asking Parisan staff. Booking dot com is a complete joke—the Korea office especially.”
