“Fantastic Service! Hotel gave us ladies a fresh bouquet of pink roses upon arrival + a big bag of free goodies (chocolates, chips, cookies and juice)! There was welcome fruits at the room waiting. At breakfast, we were given a thank you gift of fresh pearl earrings and pendant. Staff were all very courteous. Room service food were yummy, cheap and fast service. Beds were comfortable.”

“The Park Hotel is conveniently located at one of the main roads into Chiang Mai's Old Town. The hotel offers a free shuttle service that takes you into town (5 min ride). The hotel offers peace and quiet after a hectic day in town or a daytrip. The rooftop pool is not big, but there are enough sunbeds.”

“Through the booking.com, this was the second time back to the Park. Our room was once again, upgraded to a suite with complementary fruit & biscuits, thanks for that! The room was big, super-clean with a comfy bed. The room service was impressive, double portion of foods, delicious and quick. If you fancy local foods, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Mr. Paul & other staffs were helpful, friendly and professional. The moment I arrived were full of tourists but thankfully, my check-in was less than 5 min! Likewise, the check-out was also smooth. The receipt claims was less than 3 min. The Park have never disappointed me. I will return back again!”

From the staff at the front desk who had everything ready, to the management who arranged shuttle service (our shuttle was free but we paid a minimal amount for the parking for the 2 vans and pickup truck [for luggage] for our group of 19, to the restaurant staff for the breakfast to the housekeeping it was all first class. The breakfast was comprehensive with plenty of choice. The service personnel (Mon and Bong - if I have their names correct) were very attentive to our needs, and should be commended for their attention and friendliness.
