“The hotel was in a lovely location, with nice views of fields and paddocks from most of the windows. Our room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very cheerful and helpful, particularly the cleaning staff who assisted in organising a new iron and ironing board for our room at very short notice.”
“Lovely setting out in the country, but convenient for both Warrington and motorway links. We had a room 2 doors away from the swimming pool, so would recommend room 60 for that reason.”
“The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was clean and simple with lots of hot water. We ordered room service and had 3 courses, the food was brilliant! Tasty, fresh and very well priced. Arrived in 30 mins, which was great considering the amount of food we ordered! The crackling with Apple sauce was amongst the best we've ever had! The TV was a good size, and we were really pleased to find an iron and ironing board. Lighting was good and there was plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable, however the headboard creaked quite a bit. Elsewhere in the hotel, the bar was comfortable and the public areas we walked through seemed clean and in good condition.”
