“The staff was terrible we reached the hotel after a tireing trip and we were almost at the lobby for 90 minutes for us to allot the room it was like 11 pm we reached the hotel and the room was allotted at 12.30am then we entered the room only to find someone has used this room the toilets were soiled and beds weee used finally the guy at reception said he don't have a spare room .. then they called the house keeping guy by 1 am finally we could go to bed by 2.30 am it was terrible experience ..”

“Toilets should have been provided with water tap facility too... using tissues is very complicated (with kids).And there is no tap and bucket for bath. How small kids take bath with only speed shower. If they provide tap, it will be useful for families with kids.”
