“Staff, welcome, service, accommodation were faultless. On arrival, we noted that our initial room was a bit noisy near the motorway and Dominic moved us to the quieter side. Booked our taxi, securing a quote for a lengthy journey. Every detail had been attended to including spare reading glasses for the newspapers at breakfast.”
