“Easy booking in process, remember that if you have a car there is an additional £5.00 parking fee. handy for the pub across the road. the Hotel is close (by car) to Warwick and Leamington Spa. The room was large, and relatively well equipped, very clean with good furniture. the wifi connection was good (main house). comfortable seating area and bar and access to the onsite restaurant.”

“The room was small but very comfortable and very clean with a comfy bed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I left a phone charger behind. The room had all the amenities I would ever need with trouser press, hair dryer, tea and coffee plenty of towels and a nice big TV. Altogether comfortable and good value for money.”
