“The hotel and restaurant are both excellent. The staff are polite and very helpful, our room (Room 1) was immaculate and tastefully decorated, the en-suite was spotlessly clean and looked brand new. Dinner in the restaurant was first class, the service was very friendly and highly professional, and the quality of the food was exceptional and realistically priced. There is a wide choice on the menu as well as a number of specials. Breakfast was excellent, the hot food was cooked to order and it was served on a hot plate. The breakfast team were efficient, attentive and very friendly. This hotel puts many of the larger four-star hotels to shame. Highly recommended.”
“Beautiful room with ideal lighting everything spotlessly clean and tidy. Cafetiere and coffee,tea,milk,sugar, biscuits and kettle,couldn't fault anything. Very clean and spare pillows are kept in the wardrobe. The staff couldn't do enough to help and assist, absolute 5 star. Planning a visit to the National Arboretum next year,will definitely be staying here again.”
