“The staff is super friendly and co-operative. the room is clean and neat. a great attention is paid to every single detail (new teeth brush everyday, shaving kit, foam for the bath ...etc). a water-boiler, coffee, cream, sugar and water are always there, and they are checked every time you leave the room. the breakfast is typically included in the package. The people serving the breakfast are very helpful, and they are just waiting for any signal to come and help. when you call the room service for something to eat, they will bring it a reasonable time fresh and hot. if you are planning to go anywhere, just ask the reception guys and they will help you very much for directions or even a convenient transportation. The bell boy is ready to go anywhere for you to bring small things like credit or something from a shop..etc whenever you leave the room the room service will probably make it up, and all you need to do is just to enjoy your stay. there is also a money exchange service, and the rate is better than the airport rate. prices are reasonable, and most probably you will spend far less than what you imagined. i like it very much, and i strongly recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Mumbai.”
