“The location was ideal for central shopping areas and site seeing also a good selection of restaurants all easily located. The Bedrooms are very new and clean and the room I stayed in was 749 on the seventh floor, with french doors onto a small balcony. A very nice Bathroom, THe room has a good view across the Square / park. The concierge was excellent at organising all I required promptly and without any problems. I found the reception staff also excellent and indeed the Breakfast and Restaurant staff all polite and really wanted to help, so it was a lovely experience that matches anything I have experienced in any other five star hotel I have been to in any other countries. No one will be disapointed in this choice of hotel.”
“comfy bed. room nice (905) and good to have a balcony, though view is limited (unless you go out onto balcony and pear through wall at an angle). Being shown to room with explanation of where things are, how things operate eg. coffee machine, TV, safe was nice touch. Also given the chance to request additional items (asked for kettle and two decent sized cups) to make stay more comfortable.”
