- The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong Club Lounge welcomes children aged under 10 between 06:00 to 19:00 daily. Club Lounge guests with children are kindly requested to preserve a quiet and warm ambiance.<br><br>The swimming pool will be closed for renovation from 11th January 2018 to 9th February 2018. A heated outdoor pool will be available at the W Hotel located in the same complex.

“Staff are incredible and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Hotel interior is really luxurious and our room felt like a suite complete with a tv in the bath and mammoth sized pillows. It had everything we needed and the staff were more than happy to help if there was something we needed. The pool facility is incredible on the top floor and it really justifies the price. We were the only two guests in the outdoor hot tub at nine in the evening - it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Total luxury from check in to check out.”
