“It’s a gorgeous luxurious hotel in an idyllic tropical setting. Almost no western guests, which is a plus, because the Chinese guests don’t use the beautiful swimming pool during the day. So it feels even more exclusive. ”

“We were the only non Asian guests and clearly stood out. Staff were extremely attentive and looked after us well. There were sufficient English speaking staff to deal with our needs. The reception desk staff didn't always know the answers to our questions but always made the effort to find them. Breakfast was outstanding with a massive range and variety. The whole site was beautiful. The suite we had was huge as was the personal pool. As the other guests seemed not to like sunbathing and swimming during the day we had almost exclusive use of all the pools. The whole place was very quiet apart from breakfast when it was bustling”

“My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We came here looking for a break and a chance to relax in and this was exactly what we were able to do. The hotel was calm and quiet and the room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect from a luxury resort. The pool was large and amazingly most of the time there are very few people there allowing us to have the whole pool to ourselves. This hotel also has a partnership with the Sheraton hotel which means that you have access to all the Sherton's facilities and restaurants too. The breakfast in this hotel is quite nice with a good mixture of both western and eastern choices. We especially liked the selection of fresh juices which was made every morning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back again.”

“Great staff, always ready to help. Beautiful hotel territory (spacious and very green) with large pool. Not overcrowded, at least in the end of February when we visited the hotel. Room was very big, comfortable and had a good sea view.”

“We liked the swimming pool and the tranquility the hotel offers. Bed was comfortable too. Our room was extremely close to the beach and gym facilities are great too with sufficient cardio and weighing machines, it even has a function room for yoga or dance. Staff: I really enjoyed Sasha (Cant remember his name clearly as I only had a glance, he has Beijing accent) 's hospitality as he offered help immediately when we had problems. On the other hand, the reception lady (Ms Zhang i think?) who has bangs and wearing black circle lenses was not very unpleasant and helpful.”
