“Nicky at the front desk was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He helped with our luggage, made us dinner reservations, and printed our castle tickets that we forgot to do beforehand. He researched best parking garages to see the sites as well. The breakfast staff was excellent as well. The food was great too. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious.”
