“The peace and tranquility. Exactly what we were looking for.”
“Well maintained lobby and rooms. Beautiful grounds. TV was out and when we called the front desk it took a few times for them to answer but once the did they came up to the room immediately and fixed the TV on the spot within a minute.”
“Comfy beds, really nice shower, beautiful windows. Bag that the extra toilet paper was in was a nice touch and BONUS points for having Garden & Gun magazine in the room! Clean smelling when you enter the building. Air and lights were on in room when we entered.”
“The staff was helpful and always available. They had great recommendations and printed directions for the campus for us. The location was perfect. You would never know it is only 3 years old. It blends in great with the campus and the surrounding area.”
“Breakfast buffet & servers understanding of menu missed some of the edge that a truly 5 star Inn would have offered.”
“Wish I had known years ago this gem was sitting on top of the mountain right next to the gorgeous University of the South. All the historic, beautiful workmanship of the stone buildings and chapels (one of which is more like a cathedral) was mesmerizing. Couple have spent a lot more time enjoying looking around the campus. Perhaps even adding tennis and golf when we come back in a different season. Loved it.”
“Quiet, close to College, bed and pillows wonderful. Restaurant awesome food excellent an priced reasonably!”
“Finally a good property within 50 miles of Sewanee!”
“Pristine clean, perfectly comfortable beds, excellent food and great bartender.”
