“The landlord and the landlady were so friendly and helpful as ever can be. You feel in a B&B with the advantages of a hotel (having a pub/restaurant in the house). The place is very authentic and original still the owners try to set up some beautiful things with art and music. The pub is the village's pub as well so you will find ordinary people there and can get an idea of British life. Another advantage is the bus stop just in front of the door which brings you to Oxford in 20 minutes without looking for a parking place. We shall certainly return!”
“Kay and gordon are really lovely people, couldnt do enough for us and even accommodated 3 noisy children for dinner and was very happy to do so. We really did enjoy ourselves here and was really felt at home. I highly recommend them......I also highly recommend the fish and chips....best I have had in ages.”
