The decor was lovely throughout. the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they checked in with us to make sure everything they had done was ok, and if we needed anything else to just pick up the phone. I can't recommend this hotel more highly! We were on the second highest floor, and despite NYC being a loud noisy city, we didn't hear a thing from outside, so every night was a peaceful slumber.”
