If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.<br><br>Please note that cots can be requested upon availability with a surcharge.

“The hotel is very nice and comfortable to stay in. The double room is actually a small studio, complete with a kitchenette. Large comfortable bed, good desk if one needs to work, homely decor. Everything spotless clean. Very good breakfast (ask for the omelette, as they are made on the spot by request!). Very helpful staff. I got my room at 10am though officially check in was only from noon. Also, when I flew to see Iguasu Falls, there was no problem to get a rudimentary breakfast at 5:30am. The outdoor swimming pool was still open and taken care of, despite the autumn (I think I was the only one using it - a crazy guy from Northern Europe...). The location is a bit off the path (10 mins walking from Avenida Pauista), but the area is rather well off and safe for Sao Paulo standards. I felt reasonably safe even coming back from the conference late in the evening. If I'm back to Sao Paulo, I would definitely like to stay there again.”
“The room was very clean and there was enough snacks to get me through the whole stay. The staff were nice and helpful. The location was very good. It was safe and it was very close to the Paulista Ave. I got there from the airport in 30 minutes with an Uber (at about 9pm). Also, I needed to change my stay dates after the free cancellation deadline (my airline company screwed up), and they were very accommodating about it. I would definitely stay here again.”
