“I get the sense the property would suit longer-stay residents to SF perfectly (albeit I think most stay a couple of nights). The price is exceptional for the location - you are around the corner from the 5star hotels and on the luxury shopping street leading to Mkt St. It feels exceptionally safe outside which is not to be under-estimated in importance in SF. Housekeeping is 1-2 times a week in your room, but all communal areas where always exceptionally clean. Room is compact and not luxe but has everything you need. Would ask for a quiet room away from lifts/stairs and on 3rd flr. Complimentary coffee and juice in morn; popcorn in evenings. For the best location SF at the best price, I don’t think it can be beaten. Note a 100usd deposit is required at check in either as hold on card or cash.”

“This was my second stay at The Urban. The location is perfect and in close vicinity to a lot of tourist attractions. The area surrounding isn't infiltrated by the homeless like some hotels/hostels. I am a female solo traveler and felt completely safe in this area and I was taken care of by the staff as well. Such a pleasant stay and very good for the price/location. The rooms are a bit small, however I only wanted to sleep in the room and travel for the remainder of the day. Highly recommend and I would stay there again!”
