“George, who gave a quick tour of the hotel and my room was very welcoming and put me at ease, lovely guy. Staff all over were great. Bed was lovely too. Breakfast great, I had porridge and fruit, though I suspect it had sugar in which I wouldn't normally have.”
“Love the bonkers interior and the standard of the food & room. The bathroom toilettries are a nice treat too. Stunning quiet location in a private estate right in the city. I travel most weeks and this is always my first choice in Nottingham.”
“We felt comfortable, nice environment, good staff”
“Nice and clean, love the boutique appearance, very quirky”
“The bed was very comfortable & the room & en-suite bathroom were very clean. There were tea & coffee making facilities comfy bath robes and lovely Elemis shower gel & shampoo.”
“I felt missold to. They put me up in a little out House building away from the hotel. I felt really unsafe and the room was very tired. Also no desk and given I am on a work trip - this is a joke! I the. Complained and the manager was meant to ring me but hasn’t. Terrible terrible experience.”
“Lovely hotel so much character very clean fabulous room with a balcony”
“The restaurant in particular was outstanding both for breakfast and evening meal. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful and the hotel had a wonderful cosy atmosphere. We would definately come again!”
“The staff were brilliant. We stayed in the annex across from the main hotel and car park. It was so beautiful. We had a meal in thee restuarant and went for a walk on The Park Estate in the evening and missed breakfast in the morning because we slept in. We didn't mind though, the room was superb and the view was peaceful. I wish I had booked a longer stay and will definitely be returning very soon. A multiple stay venue, within walking distance from the main city centre and so romantic you will never want to leave. Check out is at 11am as with most if not all hotels in Nottingham.”
“Very friendly staff, lovely roaring fires in the bar and lounge areas, the best breakfast”
