“We were celebrating a 75th birthday. When Karen realized that at check in she upgraded us to a Fountain View room, gave us 2 free cocktails & coupons for breakfast @ Ingredients Cafe. The staff @ Ingredients, Ficah, Sandy & William were so very pleasant & accommodating. When we had trouble connecting to WIFI, a kind young lady from the front desk came instantly to our room & helped us connect. And Daniel made our reservation at McCormicks when we could not get in touch with them. Every person we came in contact with was gracious, accommodating and kind. Will definitely return!”
