However, there are 2 pay and display car parks in the village and they charge a nominal fee for parking. “After a long windy walk my partner and I arrived at the hotel late afternoon to a very warm welcome. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There is a local Co-op and pharmacy across the road if you forget any essentials, there are also 3 very friendly pubs to visit if you fancy a change of scenery. Overall The Whitehart Hotel was great value for money with very friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and a great tasting breakfast. I would definitely recommend it.”
