“We were upgraded to a superior suite which was very welcome as it meant that we had comfortable settees, and seating enough for two - not always the case with hotels in this price range. The bathroom was spacious and the shower, very good.”

“This hotel was excellent in all respects. The room was in the Annexe so was very quiet (Rooms at the front of the hotel were very close to a busy road). The room was huge as was the bed. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. The restaurant was very elegant & stylish & had fresh flowers on every table. The food was good and the chef was very accommodating and made a delicious Vegetarian Omelette which wasn't on the menu. Breakfast was great too! Staff were polite and efficient. We would certainly stay here again if visiting the area.”

“lovely clean rooms....fantastic restaurant but most of all the barmaid wedding coordinator Gemma was fantastic warm and welcoming as a woman staying alone I was made to feel so comfortable I ate my food in the restaurant rather than as roomservice alone as I had planned..she is a credit to the hotel”
