“Everything about the hotel was perfect from the staff to the location, we knew the rooms were quite small from having read other reviews so we weren't surprised at that at all, and the staff kindly upgraded to an upper story room with a window when we hadn't paid for one which we were really grateful for, the room also had a sky package and a flat screen TV which was great to come back to the hotel at night and relax, and to keep my boyfriend occupied while I got ready! Definitely would go back”
“Easy check-in, we arrived just after midnight and we were able to have a drink at the bar and buy a breakfast voucher for the next morning. The breakfast was well worth it and was lovely.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location just down the road from Victoria coach station which was where we travelled from. We were given an upgrade to first floor room at the rear of the hotel, rather than the basement room without a window which we had booked. Bed was comfortable and we located the tea and coffee making facilities in the top drawer. We loved the free wine and cheese in the evening, especially the selection of cheeses and choice of wine - a lovely touch, thanks.”
