“Our third stay here in the last two years. We arrived a day early and had no trouble getting our room as the occupancy rate was only about 20% when we arrived, but filled up to around 70% on the 14th and 15th April for Songkran (Thai New Year holiday). Our room, a corner room, was extremely comfortable with excellent amenities and marvelous views of the Mekong River from our two balconies. The restaurant was expensive by Thai standards but the food was very good and breakfast served in another area was cooked to order and one could eat as much as you wanted. Swimming pool very clean and enjoyed mainly by children. All said and done the hotel is certainly worth the four star rating it has. For our last two nights the occupancy rate was below 10% which makes a mockery of Booking.com's claims of "Our last room" or "Only 2 rooms left".”

“Very good location wise, facilites a bit old and needs inprovement/renovation. Towers needed to be change (they are now off white because of long time usage). Food -breakfast wuality varies day to day basis but below expectation. Only impressive was the location. We have been here 3 times over last 7 years and no imprivement. No kettle in room for coffee or tea. Just 2 bottles of water ! Hot water shower not hot and at peak time the water was running low prrssure!”
