The halal Gyumon BBQ restaurant is also about 5-minutes away. Complimentary coffee available at lobby and there is washing machine in the room. Staff is very nice and helpful. Don't be misled by the stairs leading up to the hotel as there is an elevator you can use at the ground floor of the property.”

“Clean, simple hotel near the New South Gate of Shibuya Station. Rooms have a washer/dryer in the room which is very helpful for longer stays. The breakfast that comes with the room at Jonathan's is excellent and has a a good selection. There are convenience stores and eating places close by which makes it a good location. ”
“It's very close to the Shibuya Shin Minami-guchi (New South Exit), so very convenient for those travelling to/from airport and Shonan area (but if you take other subway lines, e.g. Ginza Line, Yamanote Line, etc. note that you need to walk to the more central area of Shibuya, which is a 7-10 minutes' walk). Rooms are super cozy and clean. There is watching machine and simple kitchenette in the room. I have a balcony with the view of Yamanote Line tracks and Daikan-yama area. Everything is absolutely perfect.”
