“I was early when I arrived to the hotel. There were no-one. Then I called to the phone number that was with my booking. I was answered and was told to wait couple of minutes. After couple of minutes the person opened the door. He must have been somewhere else, but was very kind to let me in even if I was too early. Very happy about the service.”

“Das Hotel ist sehr schnell und einfach in Dormagen zu finden/zu erreichen. Es liegt verkehrs- günstig (auch im Hinblick auf die Nähe zur Autobahn) ud ist trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen. Das Einloggen im Hotel mit Klärung der Schlüsselhandhabung bewerte ich als sehr gut, einfach und freundlich.”
