“The staff is very friendly and they always try to help you. The room service is good, we had grill prawns and local fish curry , just under 700 rupees which was tasty and good value for money. The property is only few km away from a local beach and backwaters houseboats. ”

“The service from the staff is the best part during my stay. Either it’s food or any other service it was addressed immediately. Mr.Ambu in the reception was very helpful and provided an excellent service in organizing the transportation for us around 10.45 PM to the railway station.Also the rooms were excellent with all facilities and very clean. It’s located in prime location of Alleppey.”

“Great location within walking distance to the beach and the train station is just a short rickshaw away. The room was really quiet and I had a super sleep there as well as great showers and they had a blow dryer! Yippee! I noticed that my bedding didn't seem crisp so I had a closer look, and well, somehow it didn't get changed (eeks). BUT, to their credit, when I requested that my bedding be changed they reacted immediately and had it changed right away with very fresh laundried sheets. Just take a peak first! Other than that, I thought it was a decent stay for 2 nights. I opted for kayaking instead of the fancy houseboats and wouldn't change that experience for the world - we had a chance to go deeper into the small canals and we didn't see a single other tour group/tourists for hours - and we stopped at a Toddy Shop which was great. Check out kerala kayakers and skip the noisy big boats... kayaking is definitely the way to go!”

“The Restaurant buffet and a-la-carte menu was wonderful !!! Very well trained and courteous staff. The best part of our stay was the hospitality .....Mr. Mammen Fenn, General Manager, was ever so helpful and always in the reception area when we needed good advice regarding Allapuzha site-seeing and travel. Would definitely recommend for 5* comforts to all touring that area.”

“New place, very clean. Note that since this place is newer a lot of people don't know about it. We asked a few rickshaw drivers at the bus station to take us there, and none knew where it was, same goes for the (near-useless) girl at the tourist information office. I did not have a screenshot of the hotel location, and since on one could help or take me there based on the name, we ended up walking from the bus station. As we got nearer a couple people sent us in the wrong direction...eventually found perhaps the one guy in town who knew concretely where it was! :) And as for the address of "Old Medical College Junction", it is far away from the actual junction, at least 500m.”
