“It was difficult to find somewhere to eat on thew first night. We tried 3 pubs. , an indian restaurant and a carvery and ended up with a fish and chip shop. The hotel was not manned and we had to phone a contact number to be let in. As we are not of the generation that normally carries mobile phones, this could have been a problem.”
