“The location of the property was good in a reasonably quiet residential area. Easy access to town centre, less than a mile. Easy access to local Lara Beaches. A mile and more depending on which beach you wanted to use. If your a keen walker or jogger, there's a fantastic cycle/jogging route (5 miles) away from traffic.”
