“Hav8bg a bedroom bathroom etc in a cave in lively location with attentive owner”

, United Kingdom

“The decoration of the hotel is tasteful and imaginative, with outdoor sofas and chairs to enjoy the lush planting and view over the valley. The room was really well equipped, with an entertainment system, computer, good lighting, and a huge open shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing - home made yoghurt and creme brûlée, mini crepes, muesli, bread, cheese, jams and compotes - the list goes on! We loved it, and will definitely return one day.”

“The photos don't do the rooms or the hotel justice. It's a fantastic hotel with a great ambience - really calm and beautiful setting and friendly helpful manager. Would love to come back and stay longer.”

“The single princess bed in the alcove was amazing. The little touches- lighting and the hot tub!”

, United Kingdom

“This was a wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful management. We arrived mid evening-tired and hungry, after a long day's journey from southern France ( on our way to our ferry the following day). I rang the owner on route and he advised a supermarket nearby and then provided a microwave oven, which he carried up to our room- providing plates and cutlery too. Excellent customer service...lovely setting, beautifully decorated. The unexpected inclusion of a hot tub, even de-grumped the wife and kids!”

, United Kingdom

“Fabulous hotel partially set into caves. Very clean and beautifully furnished. We even had a hot tub on the terrace. Owner very friendly and helpful and provided a great breakfast in a quirky room built into the clifface. Highly recommend this hotel.”
