“The view from our room over the mountains was incredible. Waking up to see the falling snow was so romantic. The staff was was very attentive to our needs. They even turned down our bed and decorated the room with rose petals and candles while we were having dinner in the Grand Restaurant. The spa was beautiful and clean. We especially liked the outdoor heated pool looking over the mountains and the free panoramic Tschuggen Express which took us up to the trails.”

“Service was very good and pleasant. Breakfast was a great buffet and dishes made by request were available too. The coffee was the best on our trip thus far. Many activities were organized for those who wanted this. The hotel had the best swimming pool we have ever been in and a very nice sauna area with many stations, plenty towels, slippers and lounge beds inside and out. Pick up and drop off at the train station was always accommodated, in a Tesla which made it more special since I had wanted to take a ride in one. Turndown service was very thorough and much appreciated.”

“The hotel itself was excellent, especially the spa area which is fabulous and very clean. The rooms are spacious, clean with view of the mountains. You get twice per day complementary a bottle of sparkling and non-sparkling mineral water. The rooms are cleaned twice per day. Whole stuff is extremely friendly and helpful in planing your stay in hotel or your outdoor activities. The food in La Vetta restaurant was great. The waiters were also very friendly and polite. Not to mention the stuff at the reception. They all new our names and had personal approach.”
